Please note that we provide tracking codes for products ordered with a shipping option that includes tracking at checkout. If tracking is not working on our website, it will certainly work on the official Correios (Brazilian postal service) website.
TRACKING VIA OUR WEBSITE
The products shown on our website are not located in Brazil and are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and China.
The estimated average delivery time for products via our shipping methods is 5 to 14 business days after the order is dispatched. However, this timeframe may vary due to factors such as postal service delays, customs inspections, postal strikes, and other issues beyond our control. Order processing time is 1 to 3 days. Shipping is free throughout Brazil.
Another important piece of information is that the products arrive in Brazil at the customs inspection point in Curitiba, and will only be subsequently processed for delivery to their destination cities.
All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 5 business days, which can be tracked from the departure from the country of origin until arrival at your residence.
Delivery is always made by the Post Office; however, in some cases, such as when the recipient is absent, in areas with delivery restrictions, or for other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to pick up the products at the nearest branch to the address provided.
If the order includes 2 or more products, they may be shipped in separate packages, and a tracking code will be issued for each product.
Please pay attention to filling in the correct and complete address, including any additional information, to guarantee delivery and ensure it is made within the expected timeframe. Remember that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, as the product is already being prepared for shipment within that timeframe. Cancellation of the purchase is also not possible after 24 hours.
Because this is an international shipment, tracking information on the postal service website may take 5 to 10 business days to appear after the tracking code is provided. Products damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the postal service and Vellein Store.
The buyer must review the delivery address before confirming the purchase. If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, the customer will be entirely responsible for the cost of the new delivery and any other fluctuations. In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the postal service, the product will be held at the post office for collection; if not collected, it will be returned to our manufacturer abroad. After confirmation of reshipment, the delivery time will be calculated from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order details.
Because this is an import service, all merchandise is subject to customs bureaucracy and/or taxes, which are the responsibility of Loja Vellein. Please contact us if you encounter any extra charges from the relevant authorities.
In case of reshipment, a new delivery timeframe will apply.
