Payment terms

Bank Slip

 

Cash payment - You need to generate a payment slip for the order amount and make the payment. After the payment is processed and identified, the order will be released for shipment.

Bank slip payments can take up to 3 business days to be processed.

PIX

 

A QR code is generated and remains active for 48 hours for payment. After payment confirmation via PIX (Brazil's instant payment system), the order status will be automatically updated to approved. If the amount is not paid within the stipulated 48-hour period, the status will be automatically updated to canceled.

Credit card

 

Payment can be made in up to 3 installments with no interest on your credit card, or in up to 12 installments with interest.

Purchases are usually approved - or not - instantly; however, if your order goes into Manual Review, you may need to wait up to 24 hours for payment confirmation.

Your financial information is never shared. Therefore, we do not have access to your credit card information. Furthermore, our experienced fraud prevention team helps combat fraud before it happens.
